In person
Most of my clients prefer in-person visits. Understandable - nothing beats being in person! I can provide all my hands-on techniques, custom splinting, and modalities during this type of session in addition to bringing any and all necessary exercise equipment.
Virtual
Telehealth is a great option for a review of exercises to ensure correct form. I can also virtually assess range of motion, sensation, and instruct you in new exercises & pain management strategies. Bonus - if you're on vacation you may still receive therapy!
